You must be at least 18 years of age to stay with us unless you are staying with someone who is over the age of 18.  

Unfortunately no pets are allowed apart from assistance pets. 

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartments or communal ares

Parking Permits for Avenham Apartments and Seventeen Latham are loaned to you during your stay and must be returned. One permit is available per property and lost permits will be charged at £100 per permit to replace. 

Fishergate Aparthotel is limited to 1 complimentary off-road parking space on the forecourt on a first served basis
