Georgian Heritage
Our c.200 year old townhouses contain numerous Grade II listed Georgian features, including original wooden sash windows & stone lintels, with ornate marble fireplaces & moulded plaster cornices. Our two main town house entrances feature Tuscan semi-column external doorframes, with panelled doors and elliptical fanlights, whilst the dog-legged staircases boast original stick balusters and mahogany handrails. Many residences face directly onto the stunning and historic Winckley Square Gardens.
Central Location
We are a short walk from Preston Train station. To our north, lies the bustling high street, vibrant University quarter and Grade I listed Harris Library & Museum. To our south, the beautiful Avenham and Miller Park which borders onto the River Ribble.
