Preston born and bred, we are brothers Zulf and Oves. We live locally and are only a phone call away.
As experienced boutique hoteliers, we have a passion for enabling memorable yet affordable stays in Central Preston by restoring elegant Grade II listed Georgian Townhouses.
We have blended hotel luxury with home comfort, resulting in a unique collection of 12 luxuriously spacious residences, significantly larger than conventional hotel rooms, encompassing studios, penthouses, one bed and two bed apartments, generously apportioned across three grade II listed Georgian townhouses, on Winckley Square Gardens in central Preston.
Ideal for individuals, couples, families, and groups, our Residence offers flexible accommodation across several rooms, whether you’re planning a one- or two-night getaway or a longer stay. We hope to create a stay that’s perfectly tailored to you.
We’re also delighted to accommodate special requests for birthdays, anniversaries, and other memorable occasions.
